Feeling Great at 56.

Fitness has to be an everyday occurrence.  Whether it’s going to the gym, going for a bike ride, walking etc.  Anything that you can do on a daily basis to move your body and mind.

My life has been extremely better because of fitness and nutrition.  Going through menopause, with few hot flashes and mood swings.  In fact, menopause for me has hardly been noticed.

How would it be, to be stuck in a body at 70 or 80 or even 60 that cannot move.  Cannot get off the toilet or the couch?  Your body is your vessel through life.  If it is neglected, it will not get you through your whole life.

Going to a qualified dietician can get you on the right track.  My Fitness Pal app will help keep you on this track by recording your food intake daily.  Will monitor your fat, carb, protein and salt intake.
